Got a fake check and scary letter saying to call immediately

I got this official looking letter in the mail. It says "Final Notice" and "Final Attempt to Notify" me, and to "call IMMEDIATELY." There's a fake check attached for $199.99 they call an "Allocated Waiver," made out to my name and address. At the bottom it says "This is Not A Check." The whole thing has "Lender Info: Roundpoint Mortgage Co" written in several places. Roundpoint was my mortgage company before, so it really seemed real at first. The phone number on it is (888) 801-8190 and it came from Boca Raton, FL. The whole thing felt off.
