Ordered a stainless steel cutting board, got a painted piece of metal instead.

I placed an order for a stainless steel cutting board on April 4th. What showed up was just a piece of metal painted white with some writing on it. It's the right size, but it's definitely not stainless steel. It's not what I ordered at all.

I contacted them online about the problem. Someone replied and said I'd be contacted within 24 hours, but I never heard back. There was nothing on the site when I ordered to show it was shipping from China.

I tried to download the picture I took of the thing, but I couldn't. I could send it to an email address if needed. I'm out over $64 for this.
