Paid for items they didn't have and won't give a refund

I saw items for sale on RPGstash.com and I paid $105.21 for them. It turns out they never actually had the items they advertised. When I asked for my money back, they refused to do a refund.

Instead, they kept trying to offer me different trades or other options that weren't what I bought. I just want my money returned for something they couldn't deliver. I've emailed their support at [email protected] about it, but it didn't get me anywhere.
