Ordered shorts for 25 bucks and they never showed up

I ordered some shorts for 24.99 and I never got them. Just never showed up. I paid for them and everything.

I tried to figure out what happened but no one really helped. I don't know where my money went or why they didn't send it. I lost 40 dollars total I think with fees or something.

It's been a while now and I still don't have the shorts. Pretty frustrating.
