Tried to buy a kitten from a website that seems fake

I was looking at this website for a kitten, russiangiantsiberiancats.com. The whole thing felt off because there was no real address or phone number listed, just a gmail address. They wanted me to send money through Chime first, and then said they'd ship the kitten by air courier for an extra charge.

I kept asking for an address, a name, and a phone number. First they gave me a name and an address in Hillsboro, OR. When I pushed for a phone number, they gave me one: (405) 241-9800. So I decided to check it all out.

The name they gave is made up. The address they gave has different people living there, no connection to that name. And the phone number belongs to someone in a completely different state, with a different name. It's all fake. How do they even set this up?
