Flowers NOT delivered

They delivered flowers to street of a gated community on a busy road, not to the unit number provided. Did not call the phone number provided as attempt to get in. When asked to resend or refund they claimed they needed to investigate. 4 days later many calls later they still have no answerer to where the flowers went. HORRIBLE customer service. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day that were never delivered

I placed an order for flowers, balloons, chocolates, and a card for Valentine's Day through Ruth's Roses. The total was $141.98. The items were never delivered. When I called, they first told me the order was delivered. Then they changed it and said they made a mistake and it *was* delivered.

I called again to ask for a refund and they refused. They said it would take 48 hours. Then they said their "higher ups" were going to investigate. It's been over a week now. I called and got the same lady, but she claimed to be someone else and just repeated the same things before hanging up on me.

I called back and she acted like she didn't know anything, asked for all my information again, and then hung up on me again. They still keep reaching out to offer services, which doesn't make any sense. I just want my money back for an order I never received.
