Found a fake site for an outboard motor with fake reviews

I was looking online for an outboard motor and found this site, Red Wing motorsports. It said it had a 4.8 out of five rating so I thought it was legit. I called the number (786) 785-2254 and someone answered.

Then I tried calling them back a second time and nobody picked up. That felt strange so I started looking around more. I found out from a guy that works at River Valley Power in Redwing Minnesota that it is actually a scam. He told me straight up. I was lucky I didn't send them any money but I almost lost $6400. The site is Rwmotosportsllc.com and they have an address at 1026 Main Street in Red Wing.
