Got a weird voicemail about a loan I never asked for

I got this voicemail out of the blue. Some guy named Ryan Walver said he was an account specialist. He said he was working on my approval for a $36,000 personal loan.

He left a number, 833-588-3781. The message said the status of my loan request was pending income verification. He asked for account information if I wanted a balance transfer. He said to call before 6 PM.

I never requested any loan. I don't know who this is or how they got my number. It felt really off. I didn't call back.
