Instagram ad for coffee turned into a subscription I couldn’t cancel

Saw an ad for coffee on Instagram. Bought a bag. Had no idea I signed up for a renewing subscription. They charged me 2 times and sent two more bags of coffee.

When I followed the steps to cancel it, they made it very difficult to get there. Then at the very end after clicking cancel 17 times. They stall out the page and make you refresh. Start all over again. They do not allow people to cancel.

I had to call my bank to forever refuse payments from the name of the company just to get them to stop.
