Got a strange call about serving papers for my ex-husband
They left a voicemail with a totally different phone number, 8446153619, and said it was for Sandra Lee's case. I called that number back. The person who answered said they were from a company that serves court summons. I asked what state they were in because the number they originally called from showed Idaho, and they said California.
When I told them they were calling about my ex-husband who I've been divorced from for years, they asked for my information and said they'd take me off the list. Then they started asking for more of my own personal details. I asked what exactly they were asking for, and they just hung up on me. I looked up that 844 number and found out it's connected to scams.
