Harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day. I've told them to stop, but they just keep calling. They're very aggressive and rude when I answer.

I never gave this number my information. I never applied for any loan with them. It started after I made a purchase from savahnaskin.com. I just want the calls to stop.
