Kept charging me after I only ordered tanning gummies one time

I placed a one-time order for tanning gummies from SavannaSkin.com. After that, they just kept taking money out of my account. It was for orders I never even placed.

This has happened multiple times now. I never signed up for any subscription or recurring charges, just the single purchase. It doesn't make any sense and it's cost me over $140 so far. I want these unauthorized charges to stop and I want my money back.
