Someone is threatening me and abusing my horse to extort money

I got a text from a scammer. The phone number is (803) 250-8656 and the address they gave is 9746 Harwood Lane in Charlotte, NC. They blinded my horse. They are abusing the animal right now. This person is taking advantage of women. They are threatening me and bullying me. It's harassment and stalking. They constantly try to extort me, always asking for money. I already lost $22,000 to this phishing scam. They just keep going.
