Online order for flashlight kit came missing most of the parts

I ordered a special LED flashlight that was supposed to come with a carrying case and a special lens for starting fires, plus the charging cord. All I got was just the flashlight in a cardboard box with the cord. No case, no lens.

Very disappointed. I paid for the whole kit and they sent me basically half of it. Not sure what to do now.
