They charged my friend's card after mine declined without asking me

So my card declined for a membership payment and instead of just letting it go or contacting me, they charged my friend's debit card. My friend had nothing to do with this. I never gave them permission to do that and neither did she.

My card got compromised on my daughter's laptop, that's a whole separate thing. But they had no right to just take money from someone else's account because mine didn't work. That's got to be highly illegal. I lost $80.00 because of this and I don't even know how they got my friend's info. No one asked me or her if that was okay.
