Ordered Easter keychains in February and still nothing

I purchased two Easter cute bunny, plush keychain – iron box gift option Easter sweet surprise. One was in gray and one was in bright pink. I purchased them on February 19, 2026 expecting them for Easter. I sent numerous emails, at least 20 asking where my item was. They kept telling me to be patient that it would be delivered in time for Easter. It has never been delivered and it is now April 22, 2026. They took my money from my PayPal account, but I have not received the item. I have told them an email that I will contact the Better Business Bureau.
