Ordered a rug from their website and never got it or any replies

I saw the website scandicknots.com and it looked totally professional. I bought a rug from them directly off the site. The charge for $432 went through on my card.

But after that, nothing. I didn't get a proper order confirmation. No tracking information ever showed up. I tried emailing [email protected] about it and got no response. I tried calling the number they have, (708) 773-6417. It just goes straight to voicemail every single time. That number is not a reliable way to contact anyone.

It's been radio silence. I paid the money and have nothing to show for it. No rug, no updates, no replies to my inquiries.
