1. He has a long history of abusive behavior to the Scarpelli's waitresses.2. On the day in question he failed to comply with seating instructions, defying restaurant personnelHis account is not accurate.3. His verbal, berating behavior
terrified the waitresses and was disruptive to other customers.4. Attempts to calm the situation were unsuccessful which led to the subsequent request to leave the restaurant and never return.5. Any embarrassment felt by *** *** was of his own doing, as most of my conversation with him inside of the facility was whispered in his ear by the cash register area so as to minimize the disruption experienced by other customers, as well as to minimize embarrassment to himThe remainder occurred outside with the only ones present being myself, *** *** and his wife.6.
