Couldn't cancel the free trial and the site has no contact info

I signed up for a free trial from Scavenger.ai. It was supposed to be $1 for 3 days. I tried the site and it wasn't as advertised at all. So I went to the settings to cancel. I kept getting an error every time I tried.

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, they charge you $49 a month. Since I couldn't cancel on the site and there's no listed contact information—no phone, no email, nothing—I had to go to my bank. I had to block any future transactions from them. I just wanted to cancel a trial and it turned into this whole thing.
