Ordered scrubs that were in stock and now they won't refund me

I ordered scrubs from scrubsandbeyond.com because the website said they were in stock. Paid for the 4-6 day shipping. After 7 days I got an email saying there was a delay but no new estimated date.

I emailed them 3 times and nobody wrote back. Called twice and they hung up on me mid conversation. When I called back the guy said he "must’ve hung up because he couldn’t hear me". Told me there’s no way to cancel or get a refund through them and it’s up to the shipping company. But they told me the stuff has not even left their warehouse yet. I asked for a manager or supervisor and he said nobody like that works in the office right now. Basically said there was nothing he could or would do. I lost $45.74.
