Fake marathon website listing my business without permission

Someone made this website seattlewaterfrontmarathon.com and it’s a fake marathon, half marathon and 5K that doesn’t exist. My business is listed on there as a packet pickup spot and as a sponsor and I never agreed to that. We’ve had multiple people calling us asking about the race and some of them said they got their money back but a few haven’t. I don’t want my business associated with this at all but there’s no contact info on the site to reach anyone about it. People lost money over this and I’m just stuck dealing with the phone calls.
