Got a call about a loan I never took out in my late husband's name

I got a call from someone saying I had a loan through Security Service for $900. They knew my late husband's name, which really upset me. They told me to go to a website called medation. I ended up sending $534 to an address in Texas. The phone number they used was (409) 761-7631. Now I realize it was all a scam.
