Got a text about winning money from a site I never used

I got a text message saying I won money from selinlab.com. The text had a link to their website. I clicked it and it asked for my information to claim the prize. I gave them my details, including my card, because it seemed real.

They charged my card $38.86. The charge showed up from an email [email protected]. I never signed up for anything with them or bought anything. It was supposed to be a prize, not a purchase. Now I'm out the money and the whole thing feels like a scam. I never got any prize or anything.
