Pending charges and no confirmation email after paying

I made a purchase on selinlab.com. The money came out of my account, a total of $25.97. But I never got a confirmation email for the order. Now the charges are just showing as pending. I tried to contact them but there's no real way to get through. It just feels off. I paid for something and have nothing to show for it.
