Repeated faxes and phone calls about fake medical equipment order

One of our health clinic patients got a phone call from these people. They got information about the patient's provider and tried to order medical equipment that nobody asked for. The patient didn't know about it and neither did the provider.

They keep sending faxes to our facility too. Just repeated faxes trying to get more information without any permission from the patient or the doctor. This is fraud and honestly it feels like financial elder abuse or identity theft. Their number is 888-894-2649 and they fax from 800-609-8670 or 801-823-0980.
