Ordered a brown canvas print, they sent terracotta and blamed me

I ordered from Sensefordecor.com, they also go by A Sense of Art. The website shows a nice canvas print with embellishments and a frame. I paid $99 extra for what I thought was an upgraded frame but it turned out to be just a cheap wooden frame. They never say the art does not come framed.

They sent me the wrong item. I wanted brown and they sent terracotta. When I asked to return it for a refund they said I had to pay shipping. Shipping would have cost $421 and the whole thing was only $359. They agreed to send another one but sent the same wrong color artwork again. They said that’s what I selected but I didn’t.

The website is cheap, deceptive, and vague. I lost $359. The issue is on their end.
