Ordered from a site that took my money and won't respond

I placed an order on senseitouch.com and paid $46. The site is senseitouch.com and their support email is [email protected]. I never got any update or tracking info. I've emailed them several times asking about my order and haven't gotten a single reply. It seems like a fake store. My money is just gone.
