Ordered chairs from Sensuraco six months ago and never got them

I bought three of those Sensura Sensory Swivel Chairs from Sensuraco.com. I paid three thousand dollars. I got a confirmation email right after, so I thought it was fine.

But nothing ever came. No chairs, no shipping info, nothing. I tried emailing the address they have, [email protected], but got no reply. It's been almost six months now. The money came out of my account and I have nothing to show for it.
