Ordered medical equipment that was never shipped and no refund given

I placed an order for a piece of medical equipment with this company back in late March, 2026. They took my payment for the product, plus shipping fees, and even a wire transfer receipt fee.

I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update on shipping but the item was never shipped or delivered. They promised to refund me in early May. I gave them my banking info for a wire or ACH refund but still nothing. As of May 29, 2026, no product and no refund.
