Ordered shoes from setravine.com, they took my money and I never got them.

I ordered a pair of Hey Dude shoes from the website setravine.com. The total came to $41 and I paid it. They took the money from my account.

Then I got a notification saying my order was delivered. But I never received any shoes. Nothing showed up at my door. I checked everywhere.

I tried to contact them through the website but there's no way to reach anyone. No phone number, no email that works. It feels like they just took my money and that's it. I never got what I paid for.

Ordered shoes from a site and they never arrived

My daughter bought HeyDude shoes on a TikTok site, setravine.com. She paid with her bank card. They took the money, about $29.36, and said they delivered the shoes, but they never showed up. I think it's a scam.

They only have an email, [email protected], and no phone number. I tried emailing but got no response. It just feels off. Any help would be appreciated.
