Paid for dresses over a month ago, nothing shipped and no refund

I paid for some dresses from Shape Curve. Their site is shape-curve.com. It was supposed to only take two weeks for delivery. But it’s been over a month now. They haven’t sent anything. I tried to get a refund and they won’t give my money back. It was almost $63.

I looked it up and it looks like there are lots of complaints for the same exact thing. They aren’t shipping the products and just keeping the money? It’s fraud. Their email is [email protected] and a phone number listed is (861) 327-9230, with an address in Denver, CO.
