Ordered bras from a Facebook ad, got fake tracking and no refund.

I saw a Facebook ad for Shapecurve wireless bras, they were 50% off. I bought two of them on January 31st and paid through SHOP. I got an order confirmation right away saying the package would ship in 5 to 10 business days.

They gave me tracking info on SHOP, but it just says "waiting for details" and never changes. I contacted the seller at [email protected] and they keep saying it's in transit. Then today, March 2nd, they sent me another fake tracking number.

Now they're refusing to give me a refund, saying my order was "already been processed." But it's not a custom order and it was never even sent out. They just have no intention of refunding my $55.
