Phishing email from something called Shareclouds about a BBB complaint

I got this email from [email protected] saying it was from the Better Business Bureau about some complaint. It had a case number and everything, said a consumer named Gregory Carlson filed something.

The email wanted me to click a link to respond by August 13, 2021. But I never heard of Shareclouds and the whole thing felt off. No company name on it that I recognize, just that weird email address. I didn't click anything.
