Ordered from Shayla.co, returned item, and the address was expired

I ordered something from the website Shayla.co. The item showed up but it had a weird smell to it. I sent it back because it was defective.

I used the return address the company gave me. But then USPS told me the package was rejected. They said the address was expired. The company isn't even at that location anymore.

Now I'm out $149 and I have no item. I tried the support email they list, [email protected], and got nothing back. The whole thing just feels like a scam.

Ordered a bedspread from an ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for a bedspread and placed an order on November 29th. The money, $159, came out of my account right away. I got a confirmation email from [email protected].

I never got the bedspread. When I check the tracking link they sent, it just says the shipment has expired after 78 days. That was the only site, shayla.co, and now I can't get any reply from them. It's been months and I'm out the money with nothing to show for it.
