Ordered from Shefit, they won't honor the cash back they offered
I ordered an item from Shefit. They offered a 30% cash back on my purchase, so I went ahead and bought it. When it arrived, the item was too small and I had to do an exchange. Now this company is refusing to honor my 30% cash back. I completed the purchase with that offer. It doesn't make sense that they won't apply it.
