Facebook ad through Shop app took my money and nothing came

I saw this ad on Facebook for some deal and it went through the Shop app so I thought it was legit. They took $0.34 from my card. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle of it. I never got anything I ordered.

It was supposed to be some online purchase thing. The website was just through Facebook. No company name on anything. I tried looking back at the order and there’s nothing there now. No tracking no email no product.

Just a weird charge on my card for 34 cents and that’s it.
