Ordered a shirt that came wrong and they won't give a refund

I ordered a shirt from what I thought was the Mint Boutique website, shopmintboutique.com. The shirt I got was completely wrong. It was way too small and made of a different fabric than what was shown.

I tried to get my money back. I contacted their service email, [email protected]. They told me they wouldn't give a refund, only store credit. I spent $48 on this. I don't want credit, I just want my money back for a shirt that wasn't what I ordered.
