Ordered a journal weeks ago, got fake tracking instead

I bought a journal from the shopbecomingher.com website back on February 18th. It is now March 12th and I haven't gotten anything. They said it shipped the next day, February 19th, but there was no tracking info for the longest time. Then about a week ago a tracking number finally showed up, and it says the package is coming from China.

The tracking just says "in transit" and the date on it changes every few days. But the old date it showed before is never actually there. I've emailed the company's contact email and two other emails from my receipt a dozen times. No response at all. It seems like they just took my $40 and made up a tracking number to look legit. I'm not getting anything.
