Charged twice for products I never received, no response from company

I got charged twice by ShopBella.co, a total of $59.98, and I never got anything I paid for. I've emailed them at [email protected] so many times and they just don't reply. No refund, no tracking, nothing.

I've sent complaints and not a single one has been answered. They need to cancel whatever subscription they think I have and give me my money back for both charges. They also need to take my card off their system. The company is Asterralabs LLC running shopbella.co. They just keep charging people and ignoring them.

If this isn't fixed, I'm going to my bank to dispute it. This is my last try to get this sorted.
