Ordered a knee wrap for $9.99 and got charged $59.99 for a subscription I didn't want

I ordered a knee wrap from them for $9.99. Two days later they charged me $59.99 for some subscription I never signed up for. I emailed them and a person named Odyssa got back to me within a day saying they would refund it. After that, nothing. They stopped all contact.

It's been over a month now and I'm still emailing them. Never even got the knee wrap. I've asked about the product and the refund and they just won't respond. I tried going back to the website I ordered from but it doesn't work anymore. The email I used was [email protected]. So I'm out $69.99 total and have nothing to show for it.
