Paid for a knee strap and got charged a membership fee instead

I saw a commercial for a knee strap on Facebook and went to shopflexwrap.com to buy it. I paid for the order, but I never received the strap. Then I found out they also charged me $149.99 for some kind of membership fee. I never signed up for any membership. All together, I lost $188 because of this. I tried the email [email protected] but got no reply. It's just a scam.
