Ordered event supplies weeks ago and nothing showed up

I ordered some items from this website shophiha.com back on 5/25/26. It was for some event planning stuff and the prices seemed reasonable and they had free shipping so I figured why not.

Well to this date nothing has arrived. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and they just refuse to take any responsibility for the missing items. They won't do anything about it.

I lost $56.78 on this. Just want people to know.
