Ordered a trombone Snoopy plush, got a static one with a candy cane.

I placed an order for a trombone playing Snoopy plushie. What showed up was just a static Snoopy plush with a candy cane. It's not what I paid for at all.

They did answer my email when I contacted them. But when I looked into it, I saw someone else filed a similar report to the BBB. I paid $39.99 for this. The site was on shopify.com and the contact email was [email protected], with an address listed as CA, USA.
