Harassing calls about a fake loan and a scam order from Shopify

I keep getting these automated calls from 888-269-4978 about a loan I never took out. They call multiple times a day, even early or late. I answer and they ask for someone who isn't me. I've told them to stop and that they have the wrong number, but they just keep calling. It's really disruptive and feels like harassment.

On top of that, I found a charge on my account for $144.85 to a Shopify store. The website was shopify.com/98085470533/account/orders and the email was [email protected]. The address listed was 5215 South Boyle Avenue Building 2 in Los Angeles. They said it was for a counterfeit product. I never ordered anything from them.

I don't know if these two things are connected, but it all feels off. I just want the calls to stop and my money back.
