Bought from shop.nadula.com and got a weird email asking for bank screenshots

I bought something from shop.nadula.com. The very next day I got an email from [email protected]. It had all my personal info and was asking, "Is this address correct?" Then it asked me to send a screenshot of my bank transaction or the payment.

It said they needed to verify the payer for security, to make sure it matched the cardholder. It felt off. I emailed the company about this strange request and got no reply. I tried calling the number they have, (949) 283-9976, and no one ever answered.

My card was already charged $94.38. After five days, they still hadn't sent my package. I finally sent another email saying I would contact my bank. They gave me a refund the next day.

I don't know who sent that email asking for such personal info. They had all my details. I don't know if they sold my information or what, but the whole thing seemed like a scam.
