Paid $40 for a jacket I never got from their website.

I paid for an item off the ShopVintageHiddenSeason.com website. It was a jacket, cost me $40. The money came out of my account. But I never received the item. It just never showed up.

I tried to contact them. I used the email they have, [email protected]. No reply. Nothing. The address listed is 11401 Harmon Rd Site 500, Fort Worth, TX. I have no way to know if that's even real. I just wanted the jacket I paid for, or my money back. I got neither.
