Ordered a Pilates reformer that never came after months of waiting

I saw these Instagram ads for a company called Siluet. They were selling a Pilates reformer and saying it was "The Pilates Studio Experience in the Comfort of your Home." Claimed it was trusted daily by over 1000 moms. Sounded legit so I ordered one on Jan 4. It was on sale for $1799.10, originally $3000. The website looked real and they had an Instagram page so nothing seemed off.

On Jan 10 they emailed saying production started. Then Jan 24 another email about the crafting. Feb 7 they said it was done crafting and moving to scheduling. Then just nothing after that. I was traveling so I didn't check for a while. When I got back I emailed them on Apr 29. No reply. I messaged them on Instagram on May 12. Still nothing.

I searched online and found hundreds of other people who paid and never got their reformer either. Their website is down now but I still had it open in my browser and took a screenshot. I'm out $1799.10 and have no reformer.
