Paid $5,000 for concert tickets and got nothing but rude replies.

My friend was trying to get tickets for a concert this summer and contacted this company, Silvaeg.com. They told my friend they needed $10,000 total, but could start with a $5,000 deposit. So my friend paid that $5,000.

They said they'd call back to discuss the concert details, but they never did. After a few days of nothing, my friend tried calling, leaving voicemails, and even checking their Facebook. No response. Finally, the CEO, a Dr. Jose Silva, got on the phone and was incredibly rude. He said they were too busy. When my friend asked for a refund, he went off and said the deposit wasn't refundable because of their terms.

That's $5,000 just gone. You can't even go see them because the address in Denver is just a P.O. Box. They took the money and ran. They're a new company and clearly don't know how to run an entertainment business.
