Ordered glucose scanners but got pulse oximeters instead

I placed an order for two glucose scanners from silvercity.zendesk.com and paid $78 for them. What I finally got in the mail were two pulse oximeters. That's not what I ordered at all.

I've contacted the company multiple times using their support email. I sent verified photos of my order and what it cost. Their response was that they would only refund 15% of what I paid and they won't send the correct glucometers.

I don't think that's right. I want either a full refund for my $78 or for them to send me the actual products I ordered.
