Paid for an IRS EIN service and got nothing, no way to call them

I paid $289 to Simple E Tax Filing for a service to get an IRS EIN number. I never got the registration. At first, I thought it was an actual IRS website. The receipt came by email from [email protected], but there was no phone number on it. The only contact was to email their support.

The website was ein.simpleetaxfiling.com. I tried emailing but got no reply. The money just came out and that was it. I feel like I was tricked.
